Refund Policy – Cervus Clean LLC

The information provided in this policy is intended as a general outline of Cervus Clean LLC’s refund procedures. It does not constitute legal advice. We encourage all clients to review this policy thoroughly and contact us with any questions. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a service has been confirmed and partially or fully rendered.
Cervus Clean LLC invests time, labor, and resources in the preparation and delivery of each scheduled service. Therefore, initial deposits or payments made to secure an appointment are non-refundable, regardless of the client's subsequent decision to cancel or reschedule.
2. Deposit and Payment Terms
Clients are required to pay:

50% of the total service cost at the time of booking, to secure the appointment.

The remaining 50% upon initiation or completion of the service.
Failure to make the final payment at the time of service may result in withheld results, cancellation of future appointments, or legal action for balance recovery.
3. Rescheduling Conditions
Clients may request to reschedule a booked service with at least 24 hours’ notice. The new date must be scheduled within 30 calendar days of the original appointment.
If rescheduling is not completed within this time frame, the initial deposit will be forfeited and the service will be considered canceled.
4. Service Quality Assurance
While we do not offer refunds, Cervus Clean LLC is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the work, you must notify us within 72 hours of service completion.
We will review your concern and, if appropriate, schedule a follow-up service at no additional charge, at our sole discretion.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

A verified failure on our part to provide the service on the scheduled date without prior notice.

Accidental overcharging, in which case the difference will be reimbursed promptly.
All refund exceptions will be evaluated case-by-case, and Cervus Clean LLC reserves the right to deny any refund request that falls outside of these limited conditions.
